There comes a moment in life when your soul whispers that you’re meant for something greater, even if you’ve lost your way. That whisper is your truth waiting to be rediscovered—and I know this because I’ve lived it.
When I was 7 years old, I had a sense of clarity that most people only dream of. I knew exactly who I wanted to be and how I was going to get there. I envisioned a life filled with purpose and promise, and nothing felt out of reach. But as the years passed, something inside me shifted. The bright path that had once been so clear began to blur, and I found myself wandering through life, uncertain and disconnected from that little girl who once knew exactly where she was headed.
Like so many of the people I work with today, I felt stuck. I felt as if I was carrying an invisible weight, unsure of how to release the pain and confusion I didn’t quite understand. It was as if life had taken me away from the dreams I once held so close, and I couldn’t find my way back.
But life has a way of nudging us in the direction we’re meant to go, even when it feels like we’re moving further away. For me, that nudge came in unexpected forms. I started as a pre-med student, filled with a burning desire to find a cure for my brother’s illness. My heart was all in—I even worked in genetic engineering, believing that I could make a difference. But something still wasn’t quite right. Deep down, I knew that wasn’t the path meant for me.
I shifted into teaching, hoping that by inspiring young minds to solve problems like disease and cancer, I could make a lasting impact. As a middle and high school science teacher, and later as a school administrator, district leader, and executive coach, I tried to light a spark in my students, showing them that they, too, could change the world. Yet even as I watched them grow and thrive, I realized I was still searching for my own way forward.
That search led me deeper into education research. I became passionate about understanding the human connections that bind us—how school belonging, workplace belonging, and even healthcare belonging are so crucial to our well-being. I conducted studies, published research on marginalized students, and earned my Doctor of Education (EdD) from Johns Hopkins University. As a professor of Entrepreneurship, I inspired graduate students to create ventures and social enterprises that helped people heal. I felt close to my purpose, but something was still missing.
It wasn’t until I realized that the healing I was seeking wasn’t external—it was internal—that everything shifted. The answers I was searching for couldn’t be found in classrooms, research, or external achievements. I needed to go deeper, to the very core of who I was. I needed to heal the part of me that had lost its way.
That’s when I discovered the profound power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mental and Emotional Release® (MER). These techniques helped me release the emotional weight I had carried for so long—the limiting beliefs, the doubts, the fears that had kept me from reconnecting with my true purpose. It was as if I had finally stepped back onto the path I had set for myself as a child, only now I was walking it with the wisdom and strength that life had given me.
And that’s why I founded Live In Flow. This space is more than a practice—it’s a sanctuary where people, just like you, can come to release what no longer serves them, heal deeply, and reconnect with their truest selves. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others experience the freedom and peace that I’ve found, guiding them through their own journeys of transformation.
I’ve learned that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It’s a process—a beautiful, messy, soul-deep process. But no matter where you are, no matter how lost you may feel, there is always a way back to yourself. I know because I’ve been there. I’ve walked that road, and now I’m here to walk it with you.
Whether you’re looking to release anxiety, overcome fears, or finally let go of the emotional blocks that have held you back, I’m here to guide you. At *Live In Flow*, I combine my expertise in NLP, MER, and coaching with a deep understanding of what it means to truly belong—to yourself, to your purpose, and to the world around you.
Your journey starts here. Healing is not only possible—it’s your birthright. And together, we’ll uncover the path that leads you back to the life you were always meant to live.
